Hongling Han Ralston
Ms. Hongling Han-Ralston is a licensed real estate broker and an attorney. She received Master of Law from Renmin University of China, J.D. with honor from Indiana University School of Law, and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Ms. Han-Ralston gained interest in real estate when she started to practice real estate law and conduct real estate closings back in 2005. She obtained her real estate license initially for the convenience of her own investment. In January 2013 she established Bright Realty Group LLC.
Ms. Han-Ralston has been actively involved in the Tampa Bay business community and Asian Community. She is the past President of the Asian American Chambers of Commerce of Tampa Bay, and sat on the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center Tampa Bay. She co-founded the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, and served at the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Association of Chinese Americans. Her involvements in the Tampa Bay community and achievements have been featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Maddux Business Report, 2007 Tampa Bay Corporate Guide (an annual publication of Tampa Bay Partnership) and other media. She has been frequently sought for interviews by media for issues relating to China, including Fox 13 news, St. Pete Times, Tampa Tribute and Tampa Bay Business Journal. Ms. Han-Ralston was awarded the 2007 Business Woman of the Year for the International category by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. She was honored as winner of the Year 2008 40 under 40 by the Gulf Coast Business Review.
Ko Yung (Jacky) Chan
Jacky is from Hongkong and can speak English, Madarin, Cantonese and Fuzhounese. He has lived in Tampa for nearly ten years. He is a full-time professional realtor with rich experience, great reputation and sincere dedicated service. Jacky joined Bright Realty Group, LLC in 2014. He chose to join Bright Realty Group LLC due to the Broker’s experience in real estate law and agent support system which helps Jacky provide more efficient and professional service to his clients. Jacky prides himself in helping customers find and sell properties and will do his best to get the best deals for clients. He believes clients’ benefit above all.
Jian Sun
Jian Sun has a bachelors degree in Architecture. She loves houses and has been a real estate investor for more than 10 years. She helps investors find good deals and shares her experience and knowledge with them.
Martin Ralston
Originally from Indiana, Martin Ralston moved to Florida immediately after graduating from Purdue. Ever since moving here 22 years ago he has considered Tampa home. Shortly after establishing residency here Martin received an MBA from the University of South Florida.
Through purchasing a condo at a courthouse foreclosure sale, renovating it, leasing it and then selling it, Martin and his wife, Hongling, both realized a shared love for real estate. They soon decided, through continued successes and growth, to start and build their own real estate brokerage based on their values and experience. While Martin, a Realtor®, spends the majority of his time on property management for investors he still finds time to assist clients with purchase and sale transactions. The properties he manages include apartment complexes, single-family houses, condos and townhouses. Martin strives to maintain, on a daily basis, an appropriate balance between maximizing profits for owners and keeping tenants happy.
Haimeng (John) Qian
Haimeng (John) Qian worked as a civil engineer in construction and real estate development firms from the late 1980’s until the early 1990’s in China. He has been in USA since then studying and working in Tampa for more than 10 years. In recent years he gained his real estate experience through his own real estate investment. John will use his knowledge and experience to guide you through the buying/selling process. He would consider it an honor if you choose him to be your Realtor®.
Yunxian (Vivian) Lu
Vivian graduated from University of Arizona in 2010 with business management degree. She relocated to Florida the same year to start her investment in the food industry and learn real estate. Becoming a Realtor® allows Vivian to utilize her educational background and investment experience to provide clients with excellent services. She is extremely reliable with great patience and often takes the initiative to work longer hours to meet her client’s needs.
Yuhong Wang
Yuhong has a master degree of Law and was a partner in a law firm in China. For the past 10 years she has dedicated herself to learning the residential real estate business in Tampa. She loves to share her successes in buying, selling and renting properties to help you become successful. She will provide quick and professional service for clients in both Chinese and English.
Martina Sun
Martina, our Marketing Assistant, born in Shandong, China, went to Shanghai and received a Bachelor of Law Degree from Shanghai International Studies University. After graduating she worked as a project assistant at the Shanghai World Expo. That special experience sparked her interest in going abroad. Martina came to Florida in 2011 and received an MBA from the University of South Florida in 2013. She believes strongly that her combination of education in business and law will be helpful in her career.
Martina is happy to support the brokerage with her bilingual skills in Mandarin and English.
